Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Partial Cancellations: If only part of your order is canceled, we will refund the cost of the canceled items, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy.
